Your help is needed to spread the word about greyhound love!
As has been mentioned on the dog blog in recent days, NLGA is in the process of bringing in a large number of newly retired racing greyhounds. We have had two hauls on the past two Tuesdays and there are more hauls to come in the next two weeks! Exciting times, for sure!
With that said...we need to generate interest in adopting these awesome greyhounds! And this, my friends and fellow Dog Blog Readers, is where you come in!
NLGA will be participating in two events the weekend of August 24-25! And you are invited...!
First up....The St. Croix Valley Kennel Club Dog Show!
Saturday, August 24 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Sunday, August 25 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
This event is a wonderful opportunity to show off our greyhounds!
Please consider volunteering a couple hours of your time. NLGA will have a tent and a shady spot in the vendor area of the show.
Please bring dog bed(s) and a chair for yourself.

And .... Ye Old Pet Fest Weekend at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival!
Saturday, August 24 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday, August 25 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
The Renaissance Festival is an exciting place to show off our greyhounds! During Ye Old Pet Fest weekend pets are allowed on the festival grounds, so it is a busy pet-filled weekend!
Renaissance costumes are encouraged, but not required. Please bring dog bed(s) and a chair for yourself.
