Three new retired racing greyhounds joined us on Saturday afternoon! You are going to love these girls! There were a few pictures of them included in yesterdays Standing Greyhound blog post. And more today!
Welcome to NLGA Pretty Girl, Whiskey, and Ivanka!
A group of volunteers drove the girls from Iowa to meet the NLGA volunteers in Spring Valley! Thank you all SO MUCH for helping us with the haul! Your help is very much appreciated!

The girls were unloaded from the van, leashes swapped out, martingale collars put on ... ready for a quick walk to relieve themselves!

Meet Ivanka (Boc's Ivanka)! This extremely affectionate beautiful brindle girl is 2.5 years old. She loved attention on her trip north!

Meet Pretty Girl (Ds Pretty Girl)! To say she lives up to her name would be an understatement! Pretty Girl will be 4 in November.

Meet Whiskey (L's Whiskeywomen)! This young, 1.5 year old, girl was very curious about everything around her and was at the end of her leash when out of the vehicles. And slept soundly the majority of the trip to NLGA. Both of which made it difficult to get a picture of her beautiful face!

| Ivanka spent the first leg of the trip standing and demanding undivided attention ... the second half of the trip sleeping! |

And, before we knew it, the quiet trip ended when we arrived at NLGA!
