NLGA Outings -- Running Aces, Part Deuce!

Hello NLGA Dog Blog Readers!

The NLGA outing at Running Aces in July was a lot of fun!  So much so that many people have asked for a repeat of this outing!  Well...Part Deuce is on the schedule!

Tire our your greyhound/s by volunteering with NLGA at either the St. Croix Valley Kennel Club Dog Show or the Minnesota Renaissance Festival during the day and join in the fun and excitement of harness racing in the evening (while your greyhounds are fast asleep!)!

Add it to your calendar...August 24th!

If you missed the first outing, look here for a review!

Everyone, especially you(!), is invited to join Part Deuce of the NLGA social event at Running Aces Harness Park near Forest Lake.  All greyhounds are staying at home for the evening so whether you have one greyhound or many greyhounds or are considering adopting a greyhound from NLGA ... come join in the fun!

Running Aces Harness Park is a 5/8 mile harness horse racing track with live racing action, card room, and dining.  The harness racing action is waiting for us with a few fun surprises!

For $12, you can get a special package as part of the NLGA social event which includes: a $2 racing program, a $10 gaming voucher, a $2 racing wager, and $10 in food coupons.  That's a $24 value for $12!  Plus, NLGA will have a race named in our honor!  After the completion of our named race, everyone will gather in the winner's circle for a photo with our winning horse!

Race time starts at 7pm!  Get there a little early to handicap the first race!  We'll meet at the front entrance and as the evening progresses we will spread out around the track for social conversations and fun.

Running Aces Harness Park is located just north of the 35 split in Forest Lake.  From I-35, take exit 129 for MN-97.  The park is on the west side of I-35.

See you on August 24th!
