NLGA will be participating in the Oakdale Summerfest Parade on Thursday, June 19th!
We'll meet in the staging area between around 5:30 pm. The staging area for the parade is held in the parking lot of the Transfiguration Catholic Church which is located at 6122 15th Street North in Oakdale.
Our line up number is B19! ... Bingo!
The parade will start promptly at 6:00 pm. The parade route begins at Geneva Avenue and 15th Street. The parade then travels east for 1 mile along 15th Street to Hadley Avenue.
This is a very short parade (1 mile) but we will have a car in the parade for greyhounds that need a ride! This is also a very fun parade as the Oakdale Summerfest Carnival is taking place at the end of the route and they have cheese curds that rival the state fair! All of the greyhounds get a lot of attention!
