Embrace It

The GREYT Friday Evening Walking Series kicked off this past Friday evening with a walk at North Mississippi Regional Park in Minneapolis.

Greyt Friday Evening Walks

A group of five greyhounds joined in the brisk walk on the trails around the Kroening Interpretive Center and across the fields over packed snowshoe tracks back to where we started.  The trails were nice.  And it was easy walking on the snowshoe tracks, sans snowshoes, as long as everyone stayed on the tracks.  Step off and the snow was mid-thigh in depth!

One of these days the snow will start melting, the temperatures will increase, and the sun will stay up longer.  We are sure that we will have a bigger gaggle of greyhounds joining in Greyt Friday walks by then!
