It's fall! The trees are starting to change colors. Leaves are starting to fall. The morning and evening air is crisp. And the daylight is getting shorter.
To celebrate fall, how about an informal get together?!
That's right. A bring your greyhound, a dish to share, a chair to sit upon, and a beverage to sip sort of get together! You know ... a last hurrah before the snow flies sort of get together!
The NLGA Fall Gathering will start at Minnehaha Park on Saturday, October 19th at 1:00pm!
We'll gather near the Sea Salt Eatery for a short walk around Minnehaha falls. After the walk, we will make our way a few blocks to a fellow greyhound family's home. There we will have the relaxing afternoon get together with people food, good conversation, and greyhounds! Bring a dish to share, a chair to sit upon, and a beverage to sip!
A lot of events are rain or shine ... this event is SHINE ONLY! If the weather is rainy or, dog forbid, snowy(!) the fall gathering will be cancelled.
