You cannot go wrong by choosing to share your home with a retired greyhound. Contrary to popular belief, they do not require much exercise and prefer to lay on a cushy dog bed (or the sofa) for most of the day. Greyhounds do not tend to bark much, if at all, and do not get that stinky dog smell. They seem more like really, really big cats!! We will share information on this blog about the greyhounds that Northern Lights Greyhound Adoption want to place in a forever home.
